SalaryAn exceptional career opportunity for an experienced Patient care coordinator to join our established Plastic Surgery practice in Little Rock, AR. We are looking for a strong, patient focused, organized individual to take on this role in our practice. This is a 100% cosmetic practice – all cash reimbursement; no insurance filing. Responsibilities include:
- Engaging with patient after consultation to review treatment plan
- Assist patients with financing options and secure payment for procedure
- Act as a liaison for patients through the entire process (pre and post-surgery)
- Follow up with cosmetic consults during their decision process
- Handle patient questions daily by phone and email communication as they are received
- Ensure that each patient meets all preoperative requirements before scheduling surgery
Requirements:
- College degree or equivalent experience working in healthcare preferably Plastic Surgery
- Proficient computer skills – MS Office, Excel, EMR
- Strong leadership, organizational, positive attitude and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask
- Knowledge of treatment planning in Plastic Surgery is a Plus
