Patient Care Coordinator

Growing specialty medical clinic specializing in testosterone therapy, hormone replacement, and medical weight loss in search of a Patient Care Coordinator.

We are looking for someone who is friendly, outgoing, caring, and comfortable in a fast paced environment. Experience in sales a definite plus.

Job responsibilities will include:

• Financial Consultations for recommended services
• Collecting Patient Payments
• Entering payments into patient accounts
• Patient Account Reviews
• Calling/Consulting patients who have past due balances and setting up payment plans
• Answering Phones
• Monitoring email accounts and contacting patients as needed
• Scheduling Appointments, both inbound and outbound calls
• Assisting throughout the office with various small tasks as needed

Pay will range from $16-$19/hour based on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
