Lifeline Therapy is a Physical Therapist owned outpatient private practice with 8 locations in the Pittsburgh region. We are committed to improving the quality of life and overall health of the people in our community. Clinical Excellence and Excellent Customer service is the foundation for our success and how we build relationships with out patients.

We have an immediate opening for a full time Patient Care Coordinator for our WEST MIFFLIN location.

Responsibilities include all aspects of the front office including:

• Delivering excellent customer service
• Registering patients and preparing electronic medical records
• Scheduling patient appointments
• Answering phones
• Collecting insurance information
• Obtaining insurance authorizations
• Copay collection
• All general clerical functions such as filing and assisting with facility paperwork.

We are looking for candidates that are the hardest worker n the room, are passionate, show compassion, build relationships and have a willingness to learn. Candidates must have a vision of making a difference every day.

Excellent customer service with an upbeat personality and attention to details are of utmost importance. Experience in a medical or Physical Therapy office providing administrative support is preferred. Candidates must be proficient in computer use, electronic medical record navigation, have strong organizational skills, and demonstrate ability to work well as part of a team.

Pay: $14.00 - $19.00 per hour
