We are seeking a skilled and motivated Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. As a Chiropractic Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our chiropractic office. Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Verify insurance information and assist with insurance claims
- Maintain patient files and ensure all documentation is complete and up-to-date
- Assist the chiropractor with patients care and various administrative tasks as needed
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations to protect patient privacy
Skills:
- Front desk experience in a medical or dental office setting is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients
- Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
- Fluent in Spanish speaking
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
