Patient Care Coordinator

### Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in providing support and ensuring the smooth operation of our Med Spa. If you have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion beauty and wellness, we would love to hear from you.

### Duties:
- Greet and check-in clients upon arrival, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment
- Schedule patient appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Collect patient information and update electronic medical records
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic

### Requirements:
- Previous experience in a med spa not necessary however helpful
- Familiarity with med spa terminology and procedures is highly desirable
- Proficiency in using office based Electronic Booking systems
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information
- Friendly and professional demeanor
