In these vital roles, you'll be the heartbeat of our practice, ensuring the smooth operation of our office and creating an environment where healing begins the moment patients walk through the door. Your mission will be to coordinate care, manage schedules with precision, and be a supportive guide our patients need on their journey to wellness.
We're looking for compassionate, organized, and proactive individuals who believe in the transformative power of holistic healing. Someone who is excited to show up for our patients and help them feel empowered on every step of the healing journey.
This position may be for you if you are someone who:
-Is outgoing and loves meeting new people
-Can multi-task in a busy practice and is a fast learner
-Enjoys working in a service based environment (we care about our members!)
-Is social media and tech savvy including knowledge of excel, canva, and instagram
-Is passionate and proactive about health and healing
-Wants more than just a job, wants to make an impact and support their community

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
