Patient Care Coordinator

Specialty surgery practice in San Francisco treating patients from around the U.S. and internationally seeks a full-time Patient Care Coordinator (PCC). The PCC conducts all clerical and administrative duties necessary to support patients which incudes patient intake, data and records management, check-in/check-out, monitoring and responding to messages, surgery scheduling, office inventory and other front-desk and back-office activities as needed.

Candidates must have excellent customer and patient service skills along with a caring and compassionate personality. A high degree of detail, time management, follow-through and self-motivation is a must. The PCC needs excellent computer skills, clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Must have at least two years of experience in a medical office; surgery scheduling is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
