We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate “Experience Creator” a.k.a - a Patient Care Coordinator. This position will work with our experienced team of professionals in the Park Cities on a M-Th schedule. It is a full-time role, but our office is not open on Friday’s. So, if you hate long weekends this probably isn’t the role for you.
As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the effective and efficient operation of our dental office and providing exceptional administrative support to our patients.
Primary duties will include:- Greeting and checking-in patients upon arrival, ensuring accurate patient and insurance information is obtained- Scheduling patient appointments, coordinating with healthcare providers and other staff members- Answering phone calls and responding to patient inquiries in a professional and timely manner- Assisting with dental record management, including filing, scanning, and organizing documents- Processing patient payments and insurance claims, verifying accuracy of billing information
- Delivering treatment plans to patients and schedule accordingly- Coordinating referrals to other healthcare providers as necessary- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the reception area and waiting room- Collaborating with healthcare team members to ensure efficient patient flow
Traits & attributes we’re looking for:- Proficiency in office administration tasks, including scheduling, data entry, and record keeping- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures- Familiarity with dental or medical specialty office operations is required- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, providers, and staff members- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling patient information- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment- Proficient computer skills

Salary: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36-40 per week depending on the workload that week.
