Responsibilities include, but not limited to :
- Responsible for preparing all food items according to standardize recipes
- Cooking, plating, garnishing, and expediting food
- Maintaining communication with front of house staff to ensure timely service to the guests
- Ensure proper food storage and sanitation standards to ensure guest safety.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year experience in a high volume restaurant
- Strong work ethic with a keen sense of urgency
- Impeccable service standards and attention to detai
- Spanish speaking plus
- Ability to multi-task in a demanding environment, including nights and weekends
Compensation: Hourly $19.00 - $20
