- Check in freight and perform stock order audits to ensure inventory is correct.
- Procedures for checking in freight to insure what came in is what is ordered.
- When receiving parts what the procedures are to receive the parts.
- Inform the service department when all parts are in for a job and that they were placed in the technician’s locker or ask for the assigned tech so that the parts can be placed in the proper locker.
- When receiving in parts to report any damages or shortages to the person that has been placed in charge of dealing with the vendors to get the replacements coming and or credit for the damaged product.
- Monitor stock to ensure stock nonstock status by company policies and standards to ensure that stock is current and will meet the companies and the customer’s needs.
- Ensure that there is a flow to the warehouse to insure easy of van restock, parts pulling and stocking purposes.
- Ensure that the parts department can educate and assist the service department and customers to make sure that they are getting what parts they need correct the first time to complete the job the first time in a timely manner.

Pay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour
