Local property management company is looking for an HOA specialist to join

An HOA specialist typically has a wide range of responsibilities, which can
include:
Communicating with other members of the HOA board regarding issues
that have been raised by residents.
Coordinating with members of the HOA board to ensure that all
decisions are legally sound and in accordance with association policies.
Processing applications for new memberships or renewals based on the
requirements outlined by the association board.
Making sure that the association follows state and federal laws
regarding community management.
Acting as a liaison between the association and contractors who provide
services to the community.
Reviewing the status of outstanding maintenance requests to determine
which ones should be prioritized.
Performing regular inspections of community facilities to ensure proper
upkeep.
Communicating with homeowners about upcoming events and activities
in the community
Conducting annual elections to ensure that voting procedures are fair
and that all eligible members are able to vote.
Keeping up with the financials and community reserves

Job Type: Full-time
Hourly: $14.00 per hour with additional bonus (More details upon interview)
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Monday – Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm (With flexibility for any outside schedule
meetings/inspections)
30 minute lunch break
Experience:
At least 1-year prior experience in the HOA field
Work Location: In person
Monday – Friday 9:00 am to 5:30 pm
Must have flexible schedule for occasional outside schedule
meeting/inspections.
$14/hr with additional bonus (More details upon interview)
