```Duties```
- Receive parts , Shipping of parts , UPS and LTL , putting parts in stock
- Assist customers in identifying and selecting the correct parts for their needs
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers
- Process parts orders accurately and efficiently
- Perform data entry tasks to update inventory systems
- Maintain accurate inventory control and ensure stock levels are sufficient to meet demand
- Utilize demand planning techniques to anticipate customer needs and optimize inventory levels
- Manage the order management system to track orders and resolve any issues that may arise
```Experience```
- Previous experience in a similar role as a Parts Specialist or in a related field
- Strong knowledge of OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts
- Proficient in data entry and working with inventory systems
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory control practices
- Understanding of demand planning principles to effectively manage stock levels
- Experience with order management systems and order tracking processes
- Understanding of supply chain management concepts
