Parts Coordinator

Cool Air Mechanical, Atlanta's 5 star home service company is currently seeking a HVAC Parts Coordinator to join the team!

The HVAC Parts Coordinator assists in resolving daily tech parts and goods technical inquiries, order and returns, invoicing inquiries, allocation of products, product availability, model application and compatibility questions and order entry/backorder status needs in a highly visible quality-driven customer-service style environment.

We are seeking a person with specific HVAC residential parts knowledge. If you do not have this specific experience, please do not apply.

Responsibilities:

-Must have knowledge of HVAC repair parts.

-Work Closely with warehouse manager to ensure coordination and timely processing of service repair parts.

-****Service Titan experince is required!!!*****

-Order, receive and submits parts/warranty claims, follow up with technicians to receive warranty parts and return necessary parts to supply warehouses.

-Creates purchase orders for all service/warranty parts, submit orders by phone or online.

-Be able to maintain parts stock area allowing for efficient storage and retrieval of parts.

-Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations and decrease turnaround time.

-Work cooperatively with the dispatch team to ensure customers are taken care of quickly.

-Assist CSRs to help provide customers with requests for information about scheduling.

-Ensures proper entry of all parts-related paperwork.

-Perform dispatching/CSR duties when required.

-Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

-Be able to lift up to 50lbs.

-Be available to work Saturday rotation.

Salary: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
