```Duties```
- Manage and maintain inventory of Parts and supplies
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming parts shipments
- Ensure accurate documentation and record keeping of parts inventory
- Coordinate with suppliers to order and replenish parts as needed
- Collaborate with technicians and service advisors to identify and fulfill parts requests
- Assist in the organization and cleanliness of the parts department
```Skills```
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices
- Proficiency in operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment
- Experience working in a dealership or automotive environment preferred
- Familiarity with procurement management systems and processes
- Ability to perform basic automotive or equipment repairs is a plus
- Excellent supplier management skills, including negotiation and relationship building
- Accurate data entry skills with attention to detail
