Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Partner to join our team and lead the Talent Acquisition and DEI consulting practice. As a Partner, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our firm while working closely with our clients to help them achieve their diversity, equity, and inclusion goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition and DEI consulting practice, including setting strategic direction, developing and implementing business plans, and achieving revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to help them attract, retain, and develop diverse talent
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver innovative and effective DEI strategies, programs, and initiatives for clients
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to Talent Acquisition and DEI
- Serve as a subject matter expert and thought leader, representing the firm at industry events and conferences
- Mentor and develop junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow and succeed in their roles
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our services, making recommendations for improvements and enhancements as needed
- Stay informed on relevant laws and regulations related to diversity, equity, and inclusion, ensuring compliance in all client engagements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition and/or DEI consulting, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role
- Strong understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles and practices, with experience developing and implementing DEI strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
- Experience managing and developing a team, with a focus on mentorship and professional growth
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Passion for creating inclusive and equitable workplaces and promoting diversity in the workforce
