Responsibilities
- Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate relationships with potential partners, sponsors, and advertisers that align with the company's goals and values.
- Negotiation and Deal Making: Negotiate terms and contracts for sponsorships, brand deals, and advertising agreements to ensure they are beneficial for the company.
- Relationship Management: Maintain and enhance relationships with existing partners through regular communication, collaboration, and by delivering on commitments.
- Market Analysis: Research and analyze market trends to identify new partnership opportunities and understand the competitive landscape.
- Strategy Planning: Develop and implement strategies for partnership growth, including setting objectives, performance metrics, and monitoring progress.
- Collaboration: Work with internal teams, such as marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure partnership initiatives align with overall business goals.
Required Work Experience
- Relevant Experience: 3-5 years of experience in partner management, business development, or a related field, with a proven track record of securing and managing successful partnerships.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in the specific industry of the company can be advantageous, as it provides insight into market dynamics and potential partners.

Pay: $74,423.00 - $84,905.00 per year
