We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team in the role of part-time receptionist. Essential Functions:
- Greet visitors, residents, and staff in a warm and welcoming manner.
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating transportation for residents.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and copying documents.
- Assist with special projects and events as needed.
- Adhere to all confidentiality and privacy policies.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Reliable and punctual.
