Compensation: This will be a commission-heavy compensation structure. There will be a low base salary but generous commissions that we will negotiate with you. The range listed is an estimate of what you might make with base salary + commission.
About Us:
Boxplot is a consulting firm with an entirely US-based team (boxplot.com). We provide a variety of data, AI, and development services. We help organizations make smarter business decisions and solve pressing problems. We’re B2B, but have a few B2C projects.
Responsibilities:
- Keep accurate and detailed records of sales activities in our Hubspot CRM system. This includes managing the pipeline, taking notes on calls, setting tasks, and following up via email or phone calls to prospects.
- Attend sales calls on Zoom as needed.
- Lead generation - finding the right clients for us. This may involve participating in networking groups, attending events, hosting or attending webinars, or joining social clubs.
- Create and manage relationships with Master Technology Brokers (like Telarus or Intelisys
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in a sales-related field.
- Previous sales experience - this is a must. We are a small firm and need your expertise. We have no ability to train you or support you in this role. You will be the sole salesperson. We need someone who has done this before, knows what they are doing, and can work independently.
- Experience with tech-related B2B sales.
- A record of success.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for sales.
