Part-Time Receptionist Needed!

SUMMARY

We are looking for a part-time receptionist to join our team at Ancira Nissan!

Hours:
Mon - Fri 4PM – 9PM
Sun 11AM - 7PM

As our receptionist, you are often the first person our customers meet at our dealership - a warm smile and friendly personality go a long way. Some key duties for this role:

• Answer & route incoming calls to the right person / department.
• Greet customers at the front desk and assist them as needed.
• Process incoming license plates & contact customers to let them know their plates have arrived.

Responsibilities/Duties

ESSENTIAL DUTIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Answer inbound calls, routing calls to the proper destination.
• Handle multiple calls at once as needed.
• Always maintain a professional & friendly demeanor
• Greet and assist customers as they come into the dealership.
• Work cooperatively with the sales team.
• Assist with license plates.
• Perform clerical duties as assigned.
• Maintain professional appearance and neat work area.
• Bilingual English / Spanish is a plus!

Misc Requirements:

• Current / non-expired driver's license
• Social security card

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 33 per week

Ability to Relocate:

• San Antonio, TX 78230: Relocate before starting work (Required)
