Some of our Admin duties include offering administrative support across the organization. You will coordinate with front-desk duties and activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls along with many other tasks and projects as requested.
To be successful as a part of the Carescope team, you should have a pleasant and open personality. Also, you should be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position.
Responsibilities:
Answer and direct multi line telephone calls to appropriate person
Provide basic and accurate information via phone/email
Provide Administrative support to at least 6 others
Maintain files, new employee packets, brochures, etc.
Knowledge of office equipment such as copy machines and postage meter
File, fax, copy, and scan documents
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
Experience with Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
