Salaryeliseo is seeking someone with GREAT people skills who can multitask, manage the phones, and smile all at once at the Receptionist desk.
This is a part-time position with a requirement to work weekends.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED). (Required)
- Basic computer skills preferred.
- Relevant experience preferred.

- Facilitates coordination among all departments & divisions of eliseo in delivery of services.
- Ensures consistent action is taken by all employees, volunteers, and visitors to comply with HIPAA security/privacy regulations regarding confidential patient records and information.
- Answers and directs incoming telephone calls to the appropriate party or voicemail.
- Assists and coordinates with Emergency response procedures for the facility.
- Assists with the daily census.
- Logs daily long distance calls on resident’s individual billing sheet.
- Safely secures work keys and monitors the key sign in/out sheets.
- Records employee attendance call-ins and informs corresponding department directors.
- Updates oncoming receptionist of activities during your shift and maintains Special Events Board.
- Operates and updates Maintenance Work Order system.
- Brings recommendations and concern to the Coordinator of Receptionists.
Must be able to accommodate a flexible schedule when needed.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.47 - $22.54 per hour
