Brier Hill at Colonial Oaks Association, a small professional condo complex, seeks a part-time Property Manager. Good salary, flexible work hours. Work from home and on location. Responsibilities include:
1) Obtain bids for proposed projects.
2) Check to ensure common areas are clean and in good working order.
3) Adjust 4 building lighting timers to accommodate daylight saving.
4) Correspondence with unit owners and contractors.
5) Schedule meetings, usually 4/year, and transcribe the minutes.
6) Distribute communications to Association members.
Basic computer and telephone skills required.
