Part-Time Paralegal

```Duties``` As a Paralegal, your responsibilities will include: - Conducting legal research and analysis - Drafting legal documents such as briefs, pleadings, appeals, contracts, and agreements - Transcribing dictations and legal proceedings accurately - Managing and organizing legal documents using document management systems - Assisting attorneys in preparing for closings, hearings, trials, and corporate meetings - Reviewing and summarizing legal documents for attorney review - Utilizing Westlaw or other legal databases for research purposes - Proofreading legal documents for accuracy and completeness ```Skills``` The ideal candidate should possess the following skills: - Strong administrative skills with attention to detail - Proficiency in legal drafting and transcribing - Knowledge of law terminologies and procedures - Excellent proofreading abilities to ensure accuracy in legal documents - Ability to conduct thorough legal research efficiently - Familiarity with document management systems for organizing and retrieving files - Experience in document review processes for litigation cases This position offers a great opportunity for a skilled Paralegal to contribute to the legal team's success through effective support and expertise.
