Pre Litigation Paralegal

 

Highly successful Plaintiff's personal injury firm in the DTC seeks a pre-Litigation Paralegal/legal assistant. A very competitive compensation package, great work atmosphere, and high-quality cases and clients make this a uniquely attractive position. This is a full-time, in-office position Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm. The compensation package includes a salary from $65-$90k depending on experience and expertise, health and vision insurance, and 401k. 

 

Previous personal injury pre-litigation experience is preferred but not required. The successful candidate will exercise initiative and be resourceful. The candidate must be detail-oriented, highly organized, and have a genuine empathy for injured people. The position requires the ability to assist in building a case by working with the client, law enforcement agencies, medical providers, and lien holders to obtain all necessary documentation regarding a client's injury and damages claims. Those with a background in victim advocacy, criminal justice, or social services are encouraged to apply.
