In this pivotal role, you will provide direct support to our CEO, facilitating seamless interactions with our Operations team. Leveraging your willingness to learn, administrative expertise and paralegal skillset, you will establish and maintain an effective organizational framework to address the diverse needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
Prioritization and Strategic Coordination:
- Utilize exceptional prioritization skills to navigate dynamic landscapes, ensuring that both micro-level intricacies and macro-level strategies are effectively addressed.
Calendar Management:
- Take full ownership of the CEO's calendar, meticulously managing critical dates, monitoring changes, updates, and travel arrangements. Proactively identify potential conflicts or barriers, providing solutions to mitigate them.
Relationship Management:
- Act as a gatekeeper for the CEO's time, skillfully managing relationships at a senior level. Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring efficient communication and prioritizing engagements accordingly.
Document Management:
- Oversee the management of critical documentations, including contracts and waivers. Maintain organized and accessible documentation systems to facilitate efficient retrieval and utilization of essential materials.
Licensing and Compliance:
- Handle the filing, updating, and renewal of corporate and individual licenses across multiple jurisdictions. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and deadlines, mitigating any potential risks to the organization.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Perform any additional duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to contribute to the overall success of the team and organization.

Required Education, Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelors, Associates Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum Two (2) years of Executive/Administrative Assistant, Paralegal, or legal support services
- Minimal One (1) year remote work
- Experience with managing corporate records for corporate entities as well as corporate or individual licenses in various jurisdictions
- Experience with professional service agreements (preferred)
- Paralegal certificate ( highly preferred)
