Trademark Paralegal

An Am Law 100 law firm is looking for a Trademark Paralegalto join their team out of their Denver, CO office.

Responsibilities:

• Manage US and foreign trademark docket
• Communicate with clients, attorneys, IP docket specialist, and foreign associates
• Prepare/file trademark applications
• Manage patent portfolios

Qualifications:

• MUST have 5+ years of trademark experience in a law firm setting
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule in Denver, CO
• Team player, solid communication skills, interest in bringing your creativity and passion to work
• Trademark prosecution experience is a plus
• Knowledge of both domestic and foreign trademark processes and policies

Salary: $100-$120k/yr.
