King City Civic Association (KCCA) is looking to fill an immediate opening for a part-time Office Assistant / Receptionist. KCCA is a large 55+ HOA community. We are looking for a "people-loving", high-energy person with office and front desk experience.
POSITION SUMMARY:
This role will be responsible for supporting the operations of an office by performing office and reception tasks. The position is instrumental in setting the tone for KCCA. Integrity, follow-through, excellent communication and organization skills, and the ability to provide empathy is essential to the success of this position and to KCCA.
Some of the job responsibilities include:
- Greet people in person and by phone in a pleasant manner. Take accurate messages and transcribe voicemails.
- Assist members by responding to general questions about the HOA, including events in the community, amenities, clubs, navigating community areas, available HOA services and established member policies.
- Schedule the use of KCCA facilities for Board, committee, club and member functions, meetings and social events. Ensure the required room reservation forms and fees are obtained. Collect security deposits and process for deposit.
- Perform daily and nightly walkthrough inspection of the Clubhouse to ensure it is clean and organized.
- Issue amenities keys. Accept funds and issue refund requests as needed.
- Post and organize Clubhouse & Crown Center bulletin boards.
- Keep event signage, member forms and periodicals up to date.
- Maintain filing, database and spreadsheets: performing data entry as required.
- Scan documents and keep electronic files up to date and organized.

- Experience and proficient computer skills (intermediate level) are essential: Outlook, Google Docs, Adobe and Microsoft Office Suite especially with Microsoft Word and Excel
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years Reception and Office experience
- Must pass a Background Check and Drug Screen.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.74 - $20.00 per hour
