JOB SUMMARY:
Greets visitors, answers incoming phone calls, assist employees with requests and performs tasks to make sure the office runs smoothly.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
· Greets clients, visitors, and guests; determines the purpose of each persons visit and directs or escorts him or her to the appropriate location.
· Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries.
· Assist with large meeting coordination and employee events
· Manage general inquiries inbox and distributes emails accordingly
· Sort, distribute and send out daily mail
· Create FedEx domestic and international shipments, sending tracking into to proper employee and handle delivery issues
· Maintain office supplies inventory, ensure items are properly stocked, and ensure storage shelves are neat
· Light cleaning around the receptionist area, front seating area, conference rooms, and kitchen
· Assist with vendor management such as Cintas and Aramark
· Participate in the social events committee
· Performs other related duties as assigned

EDUCATION:
High School Diploma
Associate degree desired

Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
