Duties:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Respond to requests for information
- Help main databases
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Assist with office management tasks as needed
- Hours approximately 25- 30 weekly
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role is preferred
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in typing and data entry
- Knowledge of administrative procedures and basic office management principles
