Planet Obstacle is looking for professional self-motivated, detail-oriented individuals to assist guests using competent and positive verbal communication skills. Our Guest Services Representatives\Concierge provide top quality service to our guests in person, over the phone, as well as through email.
Candidates must be able to perform in a fast, friendly, and fun work environment with knowledge of basic level computer and typing skills.
Requirements:
- Must be 16 years of age or older
· - Availability nights, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness and ability to learn new software
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to effectively and professionally convey information to others
- Highly adaptable with the ability to work under pressure
- Organizational skills and a past customer service orientation focus would be preferred
- Ability to handle money
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Greet the Guests
- Provide information
- Explain Planet Obstacle policies and waiver information
- Complete sales transactions and handle cash
- Handle guest requests and customer service issues
- Stock concessions inventory
- Enter data into computer system
- Stock front desk supplies
- Other duties as assigned

Pay: $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Weekends as needed
