Duties:
- Conduct intake interviews with clients to gather necessary information
- Directs the initial engagement by providing appropriate resources and help based on the client’s needs
- Coordinate follow-up calls with our Director of Intake
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
- Update client information and details into our case management software
- Maintain confidentiality of client information and adhere to ethical standards
- Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to ensure smooth workflow
- Ensures the timely response from attorney to the prospective clients
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Familiarity with document management systems and legal case management software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately review and analyze documents
- Proficient in data entry with excellent typing skills
- Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures is a plus
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience in administrative or clerical work is desirable
