Part-Time Opportunity (virtual and in-person):
Join our team as a District Recruiter! This role is flexible and can be done virtually or in-person. There will be some in-person work required. Basic Function:
· Find quality candidates for all open positions within the district

Responsibilities include the following and will continue to evolve with our Path to Brilliance. Additional responsibilities will be discussed during your interview and upon hiring.

• Manage all ads on Indeed

• Be the first contact for all applicants within the district

• Perform phone or virtual "meet and greets" with candidates

• Communicate with the District Manager and General Managers about hiring needs

• Maintain a presence on Linked In, posting about positions when appropriate

• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:
Required Skills and Abilities include:
· Sales, retail, technical knowledge and/or jewelry experience is preferred, but not required.

• Ability to work within a team environment and independently

• Ability to manage time well

• Comfortable using technology

• Professional approach and image

• Displays a positive and enthusiastic attitude

• Willingness to learn, innovate and collaborate

Total Rewards for Part Time Team Members:

• Guaranteed hourly range of $19-20 per hour

• For every dollar you contribute pretax or Roth, Signet will contribute $0.50, up to 6% of your eligible pay. Company match begins after completion of 1 year of service and is subject to vesting.
