Recruiter - Healthcare Experience

We are looking for a few Healthcare Recruiters with experience placing Travel Nurses and PRN's to work remotely in the US.
In this role you will source, screen, and qualify healthcare professionals interested in travel career or PRN opportunities. You will be expected to provide a top notch experience to healthcare professionals through initiating contact, maintaining exceptional rapport and providing extraordinary customer service.
Responsibilities

- Identify qualified healthcare professionals for short-term assignments
- Proactively contact and recruit prospective candidates to establish relationships, understand their needs and qualify them for job opportunities
- Educate prospective candidates on the personal and professional benefits of a travel healthcare career
- Strong motivation to achieve results and meet recruiting goals
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment and maintain a sense of urgency
- Client-centered mentality and passion for customer service
- Bachelor's degree preferred no required
- MUST have a minimum 2 years experience in a metrics driven recruitment environment
- Enthusiastic about being part of an recruiting organization that recognizes your talent
Requirements
Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship

Accept a background check to be performed
Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience recruiting travel nurses and/or PRN's

Ability to work in a remote environment
Ability to work standard office hours (min 8 hours a day) during the hours of 7am(CST)-7pm(CST)
