It Takes A Village Mental Health Services in Houston, TX is looking for someone to provide administrative support to the Employee Relations Manager in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and personnel administration.
Tasks May Include
- Tracks and completes all aspects of the new hire onboarding process and compliance.
- Records information and updates personnel files.
- Provides sourcing and recruiting support if needed.
- Administers support to the Talent Attraction Team as required.
- Prepares employee reports for managers within the Human Resources area.
- Complies with ITAV policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.
- Protects from damage, theft or misuse of the facilities, equipment and other physical resources assigned to his/her area.
Position Qualifications Requirements
- High School Diploma required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources; sourcing and recruiting; and payroll processing.
- MS Office; including Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Homebase for processing payroll.
- Effective communication and organizational skills.
- Friendly, proactive, and self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Pay is between $18-22/hr.; non-negotiable.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $18-22 per hour
Schedule:
- 3 hour shift
- 4 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
