Position Overview:
As a Cleaning Team Member at Diverge, LLC you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and overall appeal of our properties. You will be responsible for maintaining a pristine and welcoming environment for our residents, as well as supporting our commitment to exceptional property management.

Responsibilities:

● Perform routine cleaning tasks in common areas, including lobbies, hallways, and other shared spaces.

● Vacuum, sweep, mop, and clean floors to maintain a clean and inviting atmosphere.
● Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces, such as doorknobs, handrails, and elevator buttons.
● Clean units after check-out and prepare the space for the next resident or guest (both furnished short-term stays and 12-month leases).
● Ensure trash receptacles are emptied and maintained.
● Assist with minor maintenance tasks as needed.
● Follow safety guidelines and procedures to protect your well-being and that of our residents.
● Adopt internal protocols for cleaning, documentation, stocking, and organization.
● Utilize technology (AppFolio property management software) to accept assignments, track hours, and document completed work.

Qualifications:

● Previous experience in cleaning or maintenance is preferred, but not required.
● Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Excellent time management skills.
● Reliable and punctual.
