This position is a full time role, the candidate chosen would be responsible for supervising and participating with our small, but consistent, commercial Cleaning Team for our clients in the Waukesha County area. The scheduled properties are small to midsize commercial properties only.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough cleaning of homes and residential spaces
• Dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and washing surfaces to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
• Emptying trash receptacles and ensuring proper disposal of waste.
• Cleaning and sanitizing high-touch surfaces such as doorknobs, light switches, and other frequently used items.
• Following established safety procedures and guidelines.
• Maintain security procedures

Requirements:

• Proven experience in residential cleaning or a similar role is preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper usage, and safety protocols.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Daily Transportation / Valid Drivers License
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Hours:

• Monday through Friday - 8:00am to 4:00pm
• No Nights
• No weekends
