Breakfast Attendant prepares food for buffet line and serves guests. Physical Requirements include lifting a minimum of 30 lbs., walking and standing for up to eight hour shifts. Reports to Manager on Duty/General Manager.
Job Duties to Include, but not limited to:
- Set up line for opening.
- Responsibility to understand serving portions as instructed.
- Serve and assist customers in a pleasant and courteous manner at all times.
- Prepare food for service as designated by brands standards.
- Keep serving line clean and neat at all times
- At end of shift, clean and break down serving line as instructed, for next shift.
