Part time Front Desk Representative - Must be able to work weekends and holidays. We try our best to alternate weekends and holidays to make it fair for everyone. Shift is from 2pm-10pm.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel
- Check-in and check-out guests using the hotel's reservation system (Visual Matrix)
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
- Assist with room reservations and ensure accurate booking information
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in using phone systems and computer software
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
