SalaryOur Traffic & Driving School is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to assist our team of examiners and driver instructors with various office duties. The ideal candidate for this position will be proficient in Microsoft Office programs and able to manage a variety of tasks including scheduling classes, making copies of brochures, registration forms and incoming calls. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment face to face with existing and future clients.

Working Schedule is as follows:
Tuesdays 9a-5:00pm, Thursdays 9a-5:00pm, and Saturdays: 9:00a-3:00pm, Sundays 9a-1:00pm
Responsibilities:
- Complete administrative tasks for your boss.
- Maintain a filing system.
- Create and organize files for your boss.
- Handle confidential information.
- Follow up on inquiries from potential leads to close out sales
- Manage phone calls, emails, and documents.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 per week
