Alright, sunshine! As our Front Office Supervisor, you'll be the maestro of guest experiences, leading a team of rockstar Front Desk Agents to new heights of hospitality. From check-ins to check-outs and everything in between, you'll be the captain of guest satisfaction. So, if you're ready to turn moments into memories and lead with passion, keep reading!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to the Front Desk team, fostering a culture of professionalism and exceptional service.
- Oversee the check-in and check-out process, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all guest transactions.
- Resolve guest issues and concerns promptly and effectively, demonstrating a commitment to guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, reservations, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and guest experiences.
- Conduct regular training sessions to ensure that Front Desk Agents are equipped with the knowledge and skills to exceed guest expectations.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of supplies and amenities at the Front Desk.
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in front office operations.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
