Part Time Front Desk

Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and provide exceptional customer service. Your main responsibilities will include checking guests in and out, answering phone calls, and assisting with guest inquiries. Duties:
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently and accurately
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and transactions
- Ensure the Front Desk area is clean, organized, and well-presented
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Perform night audit duties as required

Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality management or customer service is preferred
- Strong guest service skills with the ability to anticipate guest needs
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Familiarity with Front Desk operations and hotel management software
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
