Document Control Clerk / Filing Specialist

Job Description:

• Organizing and filing skills.
• Data Entry skills Sorting of boxes of confidential files.
• This information must be inventoried, boxed, labelled for facilities then stored properly. Candidate will read and gather data and perform data input.
• Bending/Heavy lifting of files will be necessary.
• Candidate must also assemble file boxes and affix label to file boxes.

Skills Required:

• Candidates must have the ability to use a computer/tablet, read and gather data, and data input.
• Bending/Heavy lifting of files will be necessary.
• Candidate must also assemble file boxes and affix label to file boxes.
• Read and write English. Data entry of files.
• Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook Email, others as needed.

Education Required:

• High school diploma

Working Hours:

• 8:30 am-4:30 pm
• Lunch Period- 1 hour (Unpaid)

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $20.20 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Document management: 1 year (Preferred)
• Data entry: 1 year (Required)
• Filing: 1 year (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• New Brunswick, NJ 08901: Relocate before starting work (Required)
