Job Responsibilities
Complete walk-throughs of the facility twice weekly
- Walk-throughs include going through entire facility looking for any maintenance issues, lights out, leaks, etc.
Be available to let in vendors like the handyman, plumber, HVAC techs, etc.
- These appointments can be based on your availability.
- Property manager can provide contact for vendors for you to schedule
Be available in case of emergency
Report hours to property manager
Report any and all maintenance issues
Help with opening and closing the facility
Submit invoices to property manager for payment
Report any needed supplies to property manager or purchase them for reimbursement if necessary (with property manager’s approval)
Other responsibilities as assigned by property manager
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 per week
