SalaryThe Association of Marian Helpers, a Catholic non-profit publishing and fundraising organization, has full-time openings for Mail Sorter/Data Entry Operators. It is an office environment with a strong focus on the team and each member doing their own part to get the job done! Duties include sorting/processing mail, Data Entry, and proper coding.
The ideal candidate would:
· Be willing to take direction and following established procedures
· Thrive in a team environment
· Be accurate with details and numbers
· Have familiarity with computers
· Work independently
· Understand and carryout instructions
Candidate must have:
· Strong typing skills
· Ability to handle conflict in a Christian manner
· Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
· Effective planning, organizing, and decision-making skills, and sound judgement related to position responsibilities.
The ability to work both independently and as a team in a deadline-driven environment is essential. We work hard yet we have a lot of fun!
