Job Description:
As a Receptionist/Data Entry Clerk at 802 Cabinetry, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, suppliers, and team members. Your friendly and professional demeanor will create a positive and efficient experience for everyone who interacts with our organization. Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Management: Greet visitors, answer incoming calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate department or team member.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting clients with a welcoming and professional attitude.
- Office Organization: Maintain a neat and organized reception area, including managing office supplies, handling incoming and outgoing mail, and ensuring the office environment is inviting.
- Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings for staff and clients, utilizing scheduling software as needed.
- Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks, such as data entry, document preparation, and coordination of office events or activities.
- Communication: Relay messages and information promptly and accurately to the appropriate individuals within the organization.
- Kitchen Cabinetry Knowledge: Develop a basic understanding of our kitchen cabinetry products and services to assist clients better and visitors with their inquiries.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
