KNF&T Staffing is seeking experienced clerical support professionals for a full time Office Support role with our Marlborough-based social services client. The Office Support Specialist works fully onsite, Monday through Friday 9am-5pm, and will focus primarily on Data Entry and similar clerical and documentation functions. Candidates for this position should have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask efficiently between priorities will be vital to success in the role. Training on all program-specific policies and portals will be provided! Responsibilities include:
- Processing and Data Entry of application materials within a federal database.
- Tracking and reporting of processed applications.
- Communicates with applicants, as needed, regarding incomplete applications and required information.
- Responds to telephone inquiries specific to applications.
