Job Description
Currently seeking a Data Entry Clerk for a full-time temporary to permanent position in Norwood, MA.
Responsibilities of Data Entry Clerk:
-Provide support to all billing roles
-Audit and review invoices
-Transfer data into a template
-Manually enter data into system
-Help with payment reconciliations, verifying billing changes, and assigning labor/product codes as needed
-Perform other general clerical tasks as assigned
Requirements of Data Entry Clerk:
-Previous experience with work orders
-Good computer skills including proficient in Microsoft Office
-Excellent Data Entry and organizational skills
-Basic mathematical skills
-Detail oriented
-Ability to multi-task
Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday in office
Pay Rate: $20.00-$27.00/hr
