Part Time Customer Service

We are hiring for Part Time nights and weekends in Moline. Need both opening and closing shifts for the weekend. 20 hours a week. Rotating weekends is available. This is a laundromat / dry-cleaning location.

Shifts available:

• Mon - Fri 2pm to 9pm
• Saturday 9am to 3pm / 3 pm to 9pm
• Sunday 9am to 3pm and 3pm to 9pm

Required:

• 18 years of age
• Previous Customer Service experience
• Basic computer skills
• Previous cash handling experience
• Able to lift a minimum least 10 lb
• Can stand on your feet for at least four hours and able to bend
• Reliable transportation
• Must be able to work until 9:00 pm depending on location.
• Must be able to report to work at 7:00 am

Duties:

• Wait on dry-cleaning customers - check in orders and hand out orders through the computer.
• Complete dry-cleaning orders and put them away
• Help customers with problems and solve whenever possible
• Other duties as assigned
• Cleaning the laundromat and helping those customers

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $13.50 per hour
