Job Title: Client Services Representative
Overview:
As a Client Services Representative, your role involves coordinating services for the legal community by managing tasks within a network of independent contractors.
Responsibilities:
- Review and document client requests.
- Process orders and address service-related inquiries via phone.
- Perform data entry for service changes and related documentation.
- Handle deposit collection, update records, and issue discontinuance orders.
- Promote additional services to clients.
- Channel complaints for resolution.
- Maintain accurate documentation for assigned clients.
- Collaborate with other representatives.
- Manage in-office filing, document organization, mail retrieval, and sorting.
- Perform additional assigned duties.
Requirements:
- 0-2 years of office or customer service experience.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Strong time management and computer skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
Additional Info:
- Compensation: $18/hr.
- Schedule: Part-time, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 2 pm or 10 am to 3 pm.
- Location: 100% in-office in Bloomington
