Job Title: Client Services Representative

Overview:

As a Client Services Representative, your role involves coordinating services for the legal community by managing tasks within a network of independent contractors.

Responsibilities:

• Review and document client requests.
• Process orders and address service-related inquiries via phone.
• Perform data entry for service changes and related documentation.
• Handle deposit collection, update records, and issue discontinuance orders.
• Promote additional services to clients.
• Channel complaints for resolution.
• Maintain accurate documentation for assigned clients.
• Collaborate with other representatives.
• Manage in-office filing, document organization, mail retrieval, and sorting.
• Perform additional assigned duties.

Requirements:

• 0-2 years of office or customer service experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong time management and computer skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.

Additional Info:

• Compensation: $18/hr.
• Schedule: Part-time, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 2 pm or 10 am to 3 pm.
• Location: 100% in-office in Bloomington
