Client Service Representative

Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Client Service Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and creating a positive impression for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, exceptional phone etiquette, and be proficient in various office tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Provide information to clients and visitors regarding company services
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Experience:
- Previous experience in an office or front desk role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in computerized systems
- Experience with data entry and basic clerical tasks
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Previous experience with veterinary software is a plus
